Orlando Costas was a member, in his youth, but he enlisted in the army and got away. Or so he thought. Sadly, as the events of "Always" show, life wasn't that simple, and when he found himself severely strapped for cash Orlando turned to his old friend Diego for a "bridging loan".
Diego passed, and was surprised when Orlando came back, saying he'd rejoin the Cazadores permanently, if Diego would only come and help him at that moment. Sadly, Diego wasn't able to take up the offer as, by the time he got to Orlando, Cole Maddox had already executed him.
