Seen only in "Flowers For Your Grave", this gentleman instructs Beckett, in terse terms, to accompany him to examine the body of Kendra Pitney, suggesting that he is her superior. He is visible around the edges of the pool where the corpse is floating, but doesn't speak there. He's also present for, and comments during, the raid on Kyle Cabot's apartment.
He is played by Colby French.
