Biggie Slim was the driver and boyfriend of rapper Nicky Jay. He was also the murderer of Naomi Allen.
Biggie Slim had a cousin who worked in an armory. That connection, along with one to Nigel Wyndham, Deputy General at the New York British Consulate, who once lobbied on Biggie Slim's behalf when he started up Internet start-up, for which he was never charged for, meant he saw an opportunity with the diplomatic pouch.
Arranging a partnership with Wyndham, Biggie Slim set up a weapons trafficking operation, the diplomatic pouch being used to smuggle Stinger missiles past airport customs.
When Naomi began investigating the smuggling operation to solve her boyfriend Aiden Miller's murder, Biggie Slim realized she was the same girl who had infiltrated Wyndham office for evidence when she turned up at Nicky Jay's party uninvited.
He then followed her to a seedy motel and strangled her to death. However, he accidentally left a partial fingerprint on her body thanks to the body lotion she was wearing.
That, together with pictures proving his association with Wyndham, proved his involvement in her murder.
Biggie Slim confessed that he was only in the smuggling for the money and had no idea where Wyndham was shipping the weapons. His confession enabled Beckett and Colin Hunt to arrest Wyndham.
