Jack Coleman (born John MacDonald Coleman) is American actor who plays Senator William H. Bracken, an antagonist in Season 5 of Castle.
Coleman's character has been described as a popular U.S. Senator who comes into conflict with Beckett.
Coleman is best known for playing Steven Carrington in Dynasty, and as Noah Bennet in Heroes. He is the second major Heroes alum to play a government official in Castle; fellow actor Adrian Pasdar played Homeland Security Agent Mark Fallon.
In the 2012 cartoon called Ultimate Spider-Man, Coleman was on the show for 3 seasons as Stephen Strange/Doctor Strange before passing the torch to Liam O'Brien.
