Johnny Vong is a New York City hustler pushing a get-rich-quick scheme on TV who really is a Harvard MBA from California pretending to be an immigrant.
On behalf of Dick Coonan, he was smuggling drugs into the United States packaged with the instructional DVDs his infomercials pushed. Before Johnny informed Beckett that Coonan killed his own brother, he was a suspect for that murder.
