Marvin Fisk was a lawyer in 2009, but by the start of "Flowers For Your Grave", he was already in one.
Fisk was first of several victims of a killer drawing "inspiration" from the novels of Richard Castle. The episode's denouement revealed that he was in fact doubly unlucky, having been chosen for death by Harrison Tisdale on a "leaf in a forest" basis, as he sought to cover up the premeditated murder of his sister, Allison Tisdale.
