Nigel Wyndham, although apparently not related to the one-time Watcher and rogue demon hunter Wesley Wyndham-Price, displays all the latter's annoying and excessively stereotypical English detachment and inability to be a "real man", in other words all the staples of the "Evil Brit".
He is the Deputy General at the New York British Consulate, a suspect in the rumored arms trade with African states, and a dyed-in-the-wool villain, and it is only by the merest accident of timing that he's not also the murderer of Naomi Allen, but even mustache-twirling bad guys presumably have to sleep at some point in the day.
After a woman name Naomi Allen found out about his illegal activities, his partner, Biggie Slim, whose cousin worked in an armory that supplied Stinger missiles, had to kill her to keep his secret.
He continued to enact in his scheme until his plot was eventually foiled, and he was arrested by Detective Beckett, who went undercover to expose him which he was unaware of, and Wyndham was the charge with abetting murder of a British citizen and illegal weapons sale.
