Chad Nellis, also known as Paul Reynolds, is a character portrayed by Erik Van Wyck in the episode "Home is Where the Heart Stops".
Reynolds, whose real name is Chad Nellis, was an accomplice in the home invasion robberies/murders perpetuated by Karl Nadir and the boyfriend of Rachel Maddox.
He used Rachel's research on her workplace's donors to help build information on wealthy victims to pass on to Nadir. However, Reynolds didn't intend for anyone to be killed and tried to back out after the first murder, but was threatened into continuing to be Nadir's inside man to protect himself and Rachel.
