Robin Sachs (born Robin David Sachs) is a British actor who plays Announcer on Castle.
He is the son of actor Leonard Sachs and actress Eleanor Summerfield. Sachs appeared in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "The Void" as General Valen, as well as having a recurring role on Buffy the Vampire Slayer as Ethan Rayne.
It was announced on Sachs's website and StarTrek.com that he passed away on February 1, 2013 of unknown causes.
