I put a thing on the deletion talk page about this but I wasn't done writing the page when it was selected for deletion. He's the villain of the episode so he should get a page, a lot of villains on the show do even if they get just a few minutes of air time. I was about to add the actor (I forgot that and got it from the episode page) but someone locked it so I can't do that. Removing Deletion thing[]
This page is a couple of years old and hasn't been deleted despite that.
