Volkov's Man was a henchmen of Gregory Volkov who was present as one of the henchmen with Volkov when he was talking to a caged Richard Castle, wanting to find out information from him. This Henchmen was ordered by Gregory Volkov to give him Castle's radio, which he was unaware had an explosive device in it and he, Volkov and the other men were killed instantly when it ignited and Richard Castle and Alexis Castle where freed soon after by Jackson Hunt.
